Tacky Acrylic Emulsion
Blackhawk Hawk-Tack is a high tack acrylic emulsion primer. It can be applied to masonry, gypsum board, concrete, wood, and a variety of other surfaces. It is the product of choice when it is necessary to achieve fast drying, solvent free, tacky surfaces.
